If your Barracuda product fails, Barracuda Networks will ship you a replacement unit within 1 business day so that you can get back up and running. Instant Replacement Service also includes Enhanced Support that provides phone and email support 24x7, Hard Disk replacement on Barracuda models that have swappable raid drives - Barracuda will ship via standard shipping a hard disk replacement. Customer must return the failed hard disk to Barracuda.

Instant Replacement needs to be purchased within 60 days of the hardware purchase. Purchase after 60 days may require a re-instatement fee and the subscription will start as of the hardware purchase date.
